Resins are used for many products, like architectural coatings, product finishes, special purpose coatings, structural materials, adhesives and inks.

There are many different types of resins including alkyd, polyester and urethane.

Government and industry regulations increasingly require the reduction of volatile organic compounds (VOC) used in resins as well as the creation of more sustainable resin products. The use of Biosuccinium™ can increase the bio-based content of the resin while reducing VOCs to create superior sustainable products.
